Here at iâl Restaurant, we are passionate about creating an excellent dining experience whilst caring for our environment. Using the Welsh and European Farm to Fork strategy, we farm our own meat, grow our own fruits and vegetables, and produce our own dairy with our colleagues at Northop and Llysfasi farm.

iâl Restaurant offers only the best contemporary cuisine, produced using home grown and locally sourced Welsh ingredients. We’re always on the lookout for high quality local produce. Whether you’re a brand new business or a well-established one, we would love to hear from you.
